For 2007, I’m boycotting all news except for sports-related ones.  I’m of the school that believes that watching news does more harm than good.  At best, it’s a waste of time.  Sports-related news, on the other hand, is for amusement purposes only.  I couldn’t help but laugh at this story: “HS coach charged for allegedly hitting students in groin”

“A student in documents said Burr would ask them, “What is the capital of Thailand?” When they would answer “Bangkok,” he would hit them in the groin.”

You know some crazy nut (no pun intended) out there’s gonna borrow this way of teaching geography. 

Last Year’s theme was “balance” (i failed miserably).  Well, resolutions are all about discipline and keeping things simple.  Here’s what I’m going to work on.

1.  Go to sleep before 11pm.  Wake up at 6:30am. 

2.  Exercise 3 times per week (1 hour each).

3.  Brush and floss my teeth 2x a day. 

4.  Keep my room clean. 

5.  Replace sweets/desserts with fruits. 

I’ve noticed that from my experience, if I can do these, then I’m in good shape.  If not, then that means trouble.
