New Year’s Resolutions
Posted: January 1st, 2007 | Author: Jeff | Filed under: Uncategorized | No Comments »Last Year’s theme was “balance” (i failed miserably). Well, resolutions are all about discipline and keeping things simple. Here’s what I’m going to work on.
1. Go to sleep before 11pm. Wake up at 6:30am.
2. Exercise 3 times per week (1 hour each).
3. Brush and floss my teeth 2x a day.
4. Keep my room clean.
5. Replace sweets/desserts with fruits.
I’ve noticed that from my experience, if I can do these, then I’m in good shape. If not, then that means trouble.
