Oh man, I’m jealous. I would have loved to see her play Ravel. I saw her do the Prokofiev 3rd in late 2007 and it was still mind-blowing, but I’m not a huge Prokofiev fan and of that concerto I only really like the first movement. Still, it was Martha. So glad I got to see her at least once, but hopefully there will be more chances…

after Game 1, it looks like both teams are evenly matched and both teams have equal incentives/motivations to win. I would like Boston to win over Lakers, and seeing how the C’s have trouble on the road, they’ll really need to try to win one at Staples Center. It’s time for KG5, Allen, Pierce, and Co to win one.
